Tue April 13

Brandon went with his dad and brother to the last regular season Laker game.  Security guards
took him from his third row seat and escorted him to the Laker locker room where he met
Shaq   .  Brandon probably urged Shaq to step up to the plate for his team.

 Wed April 14

Brandon experienced an early morning seizure and was taken to the ER at Encino Hospital,
just a few miles from his dad’s house.  After a positive outlook regarding his recovery, the
situation deteriorated and he lapsed into unconsciousness.  He was stabilized in the ER and
moved to ICU on Fri April 16.

 Fri April 16

Although Brandon remained unconscious, he was stable enough to move to a private room
in Encino Hospital.  He was diagnosed with a herniated brainstem which left him in an
irreversible coma.

Sat April 17

Brandon was transported via ambulance to his home in Santa Barbara where he is currently
resting comfortably under hospice care with his family and closest friends.

In order to respect the sanctity and serenity of Brandon and his family, we ask that all
telephone inquiries be made to the Lewis household at 805-682-1871.
